Hello There ,
What a good video , I wish my company would listen to some-one like you . The points you raised in the presentation were absolutely correct .
In my particular company there are so many people who don’t have a good word to say about the company . Literally everywhere i go i hear nothing positive about the company .
I would like to point out that i am not totally negative here , my company has some good points-but not many .sadly the cons sometimes outweigh the pro’s .
I would love to hear the complete seminar , i am sure i would become enlightened.

hello!i `m only eighteen and i don`t work yet,but when i`ll have a job i would like to be “happy at work“:)I really enjoyed your articles and your presentation..and i think that happy people should be anywhere,not only at work.We should all be optimistic and we should learn to see the positive things anytime, and when we have a bad day,to accept it and to try to get over it.It`s a great project and it has a very interesting subject,a subject which must become more popular.That`s all.Congratulations!!

Congratulations on the retirement Mike :o)

And I’m glad to hear that you’ve been leading with happiness – even if you didn’t have your the support of your workplace. And yes, in many cases unhappiness at work leads to high employee turnover which leads to stress and overwork and more unhappiness.

If you’re willing, I’d love to know more about your story and what made you decide to retire early.

Happiness at work is going on 6 weeks holiday/vacation and coming back to turn everything in to retire. I’m sitting here at work on a Sunday finishing up the last things so that I’ll not have to come back in until the day I turn everything back in at the end of February.

Happiness at work is important! Over the years, I’ve tried to “lead” my peers and students with a positive attitude.

However, it can be hard to maintain if the company does not support it.

It can also be hard to maitain when workplace attrition exceeds hiring and training of replacements. That’s why I’m “leading” the exodus by retiring at the earliest possible time.
