Plays on work-life balance. But balancing what? Another one, based on your paragraphs about play: "Making workers players." I worry about the "kick butt." I know what you mean, but it is easy to misinterpret as "kick butt and take names"-- being aggressive with people, managing through fear, etc. Also would be nice to get the word "engagement" in there somehow... all the Gallup research about how engagement correlates to higher productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee retention. They emphasize the importance of a best friend at work... I like your bullets in the text: "Information, Tools, and Motivation for Making Work Happy." Something like that could work. What the heck... maybe you should just call it Arbejdsglæde. Volkswagen got away with using Farfegnugen (or however you spell it) in a US add campaign, and it caught on. There is a message in teh fact that there is not an English word for the concept!
