Monday tip: Learn 3 new things about a co-worker
Your mission this monday is to learn three things about a co-worker, that you didn’t already know.
That’s it: Over lunch or in a coffee break or something, take the time to learn at least three new things you didn’t already know about one co-worker. About their professional background, education, private life, etc…
Simple, huh? :o)
The Chief Happiness Officer’s monday tips are simple, easy, fun things you can do to make yourself and others happy at work and get the work-week off to a great start. Something everyone can do in five minutes, tops. When you try it, write a comment here to tell me how it went.

I learned three things today about someone and I’ll never look at her the same way again!!!
Only kidding, good tip. We spend nearly 30% of our day with some people and we never really get to know them.

Should be done with neighbors too.

Steven: That is too true. And it’s not healthy!
Mindsmack: Great idea, get to know your neighbour.

Alex,
Love your blog, and great tip! I often invite my audiences to find out 3 new things about a co-worker (or customer) and then take ACTION on what they learned.
For instance, I learned that one of my colleagues loved a certain type of coffee. So, on my way to see her I picked up a bag. She was touched that I remembered.
Again, great blog. You’ve got yourself a new reader.
Warmly,
Donna Cutting

Gal M: Thanks for the kind words :o) Way to go on the coffee – that’s the simple kind of kindness that really makes a difference!
