It was definitely a good read - where I work we seem to go through waves of good (i.e. both dedicated and effective) people leaving. I stuck around through a few of them, because there always seemed to be something worthwhile to stay for, but I sense another one coming up in the near future. That article really summed up the situation well, except in our case it&#039;s not so much pressure to work long hours as it is an obligation to be on call to fix any problems that come up, even if they were caused by other people on the team.</description>
