People are hard to get to know. Boss says that I don't communicate properly ie have to talk to everyone in my team even though I don't sit near them, which in itself is stupid. I sit with people I don't work for. Dumb. She thinks I should know all the work by now - it's not that easy - I think she thinks I'm stupid. Says I have to improve in 2 weeks or I think I'm out. I can't leave until I get another job. Don't really care if I'm asked to leave. Wish I loved it like my old job where I kinda had to take a redundancy payout as needed money. I dread going to the job, and if I could miraculously find a better job I would quit.
