I am glad to see the companies are also coming to the realization that if their employees have &quot;lives&quot;, then they are much happier, work better, and are more productive.  In a real sense, this is a synergistic relationship between employer and employee.  I find this a far more agreeable arrangement than the typical 8-5 work environment.</description>
