I find myself in a difficult job environment at the moment, and am trying to "fix it" or cope, but knowing I might have to leave it. That said, when I read the above suggestions I thought they were great, but I could imagine my manager answering them and still giving the impression that things were fine. I wish I had thought to ask how this person deals with conflicts or concerns employees may have in regard to their team leaders/supervisors. Or maybe.... somehow put a positive spin on that question. I'm not sure how I could get at that same information in a positive way. It's a problem in my current job - not just for me either, for our whole group. Thank you Alexander for what you do!
