		<description>I&#039;ll be curious to see how this works.  My experience is after a while people tune out mechanical reminders.  I used to do an NLP exercise to associate going out the door of my office with a happy mood.  It really worked.  I can still visualize that orange door (the vivid color probably helped) and my spirits immediately start soaring.  The exercise essentially rewired my emotional buttons.  After all, we all have them, why not make them work for us rather than against us?</description>
