So often when looking around for ideas on the best ways to work with and manage people I've found myself saying "tried that, didn't work" or that sounds ridiculous but you actually make sense with realistic simple ideas. Especially loved the Top 5 reasons why “The customer is Always Right” is wrong... The company I work for as my "real" job follows TCIAR principal slavishly and it causes a lot of problems and as you said simply rewards terrible customers... Great stuff...
