When I give speeches about happiness at work, I often mention Southwest Airlines and how their cabin attendants make sure to have fun at work. One story I often share is how they’ll sometimes hide a shorter crew member in the overhead compartment and give one lucky passenger a little surprise

Well, I guess turnabout is fair play:

I’d say she was surprised :o)

Here’s an example with the flight attendant hidden in the overhead compartment:

Two days ago I was interviewed on BBC Radio 2 about happiness at work and the most amazing thing came out of it: I was contacted by Simon Heath who asked if I wanted to collaborate on a cartoon. And when he said collaborate, he meant that I would supply a one-word idea and he’d do all the real work. There’s no way I can turn down a deal like that.

I gave him the input “Happy Boss.” Yes, that’s two words. I suck at following directions.
