Just wanted to post a comment about your website being great and enlightening, I’m doing a viral marketing to my related HR managers, I think they will find it at least groundbreaking, since the “perks” seem to be the most popular way of motivating people ;)
And if they aren’t motivated they should go ;)
It’s a very rare case to ask a question about their motivation and how to increase it in the first place.
