    The only way to reward employees that won’t diminish over time is to ensure that they understand the value of the work that they do. As they see value and importance in their efforts they develop a deeper satisfaction and pride in their work. Thus, happier employees and less trivial rewards are necessary for employee satisfaction and retention…
