    Wow, this is so true!

    I’d like to add that you need to not give a sh… about getting appreciated by your boss. If you get motivated by what you you, it doesn’t matter what others think or say.

    The beauty of it: if you are passionately doing your work, you’ll miraculously get recognized – without fighting for it!
