Happy employees = happy customers

Here’s an excerpt from a speech I did in London where I focused on creating world class customer service by making your employees happy.

  1. That’s actually true. If the employees are happy then they will be more committed to their work, hence give greater effort to their work, such as customer service. When I used to work for ChoicePoint, my managers used to spoil us with free lunch and prizes, which pushed us to increase production.
