Today’s big news has nothing to do with happiness at work and everything to do with happiness in life: This weekend I proposed to my wonderful girlfriend Patricia and she said yes.

My partner proposed to me just a week after your proposal. He didn’t wear an Elvis suit (it was at the drycleaners!), but he did get down on one knee in the North Sea!
Looks like we’ll both have weddings to plan this year (we’re getting married a month after you). Had any interesting ideas for the big day yet? We’re keeping the day small and fun! Ideas we’ve had so far include giving everyone ice cream instead wedding cake – a bit mad in Scotland in Winter, but we don’t care! :-)
