Great thoughts Alexander! When leaders put happiness first, they encourage their employees to do the same. Therefore, they make the workplace a better and more engaging place. And this is what we need, as we spend most of our time at the workplace. Everyone has had the experience of working around negative coworkers and bosses, it’s draining and reduces productivity.
