    That’s such an amazing thought!

In my opinion, focusing on people is the way to go. People can work hard to be a part of your goal and lead you to the profits. However, losing your people can backfire on your business as well as your employer brand.

    What are your thoughts?

I think leaders should focus on relationship with employees first. The profits would come if the employees are motivated to do their jobs.
