   You know it is really the little things that make employees happy. Annual gift on their anaversary, or employee of the month prize. I started a company that sells cubicle decorating kits, because studies have shown that a personalised cubicle improves an employees creativity and overall performance. I also spent my time in cubicle hell and lived to tell about it.
   My point is forunder $10 we sell a pin kit made specially to work on the fabric cubeicle walls and that small jesture could buy you the loyalty of a valuible employee for months.
